Praise the Spectacular One, Who reveals His Verses unto those who understand them. Praise the One Who discloses His Verses unto those who are perceptive. Praise the One who guides unto His Path whosoever He pleases. Say: In Truth! Me! I am that Path, taken by all who are within the Heavens and upon the Earth; well is it with those who hasten along it!

Praise the Beloved One, Who sends down His Verses unto those who comprehend them. Praise the One Who speaks forth from the Kingdoms of His Revelation, remaining unknown unto all save His favored servants. Praise the One Who quickens whosoever He wishes by virtue of His Word "Be!" and it is! Praise the One Who places whosoever He desires within the graces of Heaven and Earth, and Who sends down whatsoever He pleases according to a prescribed measure.

Blessed is the One Who does whatsoever He wishes by virtue of His Word "Be!" and it is! Blessed is the One Who does whatsoever He would by a single sharpened Word, as a swordsman's first and final strike, yea, even against the whole Universe; all of Creation, and all of the worlds contained therein, are utterly sundered by it. In Truth! He is the Only Truth; He is All That is Known, All That has Been. Blessed is the One Who inspires whosoever He wishes with whatsoever He desires through His inscrutable and irresistible Word. Blessed is the One Who aids whosoever He wishes with the Hosts of the Unseen. In Truth! His might is equal unto His purpose.

Blessed is the One Who, within a well-defensed Tablet, has prescribed a fixed measure for All Things. Blessed is He Who has revealed unto His servant that which shall brighten the hearts and minds of all who listen. Blessed is He Who has sent down upon His servant such trials as have melted the hearts of the Eternal Tabernacle. Blessed is the One Who, from the clouds of His Decree, has showered upon His servant the darts of affliction — Who beholds me enduring them with patience and perseverance. Blessed is He Who has ordained for His servant that for which no other soul is destined. In Truth! He is the Incomparable, the Independent.

Blessed is the One Who, from the clouds of enmity, and at the hands of a denying people, has rained upon His servant the arrows of tribulation and trial; yet Who sees her heart filled with gratitude. Blessed is the One Who has laid upon her shoulders the burdens of the Heavens and the Earth — a burden for which We yield her every praise, although none may understand Us, save those who We have granted understanding. Glorified is the One Who has surrendered Beauty itself unto the clutches of Envy — a fate unto which We are fully resigned, although none may understand Us, save those We have granted understanding. Glorified is the one who left Ḥusayn to take shelter amidst Our enemies, and who exposes his body with every breath to the spears of enmity; yet do We yield him thanks for meeting his Fate, the Fate of a servant who cries out unto Us amidst afflictions and grief.

While beset by trials, I heard the sweetest, most melodious voice calling me from above. Turning my face upwards, I saw a Maiden — the embodiment of My Lord's remembrance — suspended in the air. Her joyous expression radiated Alláh's good pleasure, and her ruby cheeks glowed with the light of the Merciful One. Between Heaven and Earth she was raising a call to captivate the hearts and minds of all who listen. She granted both my inner and outer self glad tidings, and I rejoiced at hearing them.

Pointing with her finger unto my head, she called out unto all within the Heavens and upon the Earth, saying: By Alláh! This is the Best-Beloved of His worlds, and yet who is there that comprehends him? This is His Own Beauty amongst men, the power of His sovereignty within, and yet few are those who understand. This is the Mystery of the Treasures, Our Lord's Cause and Glory unto all who shelter within the kingdoms of Revelation and Creation, if you are counted among the perceptive. This is he whose presence is the ardent desire of the Eternal Realm, and yet many are those who turn from this sublime Beauty!

O people of the Bayán! If you do not aid my chosen, know that Our Lord surely has ranged the ranks of Heaven and Earth, that he may be aided by the Hosts of the Unseen in your stead, yea, even through no more than His Word "Be!" and it is! A day approaches in which Alláh will have raised up a cohort of mortals, the nature of which is inscrutable to all save Him, the Independent, the Omnipotent. He shall purify All Things from the defilement of the Envious, shall lift them up unto the heights of Holiness, and through them shall manifest the Signs of this. Thus has it been ordained by the Spectacular, the Loving.

O people of the Bayán! Would you deny the very Presence of the object of your affections, while you repose idly upon your couches? Would you laugh at, scorn, or contend with her, although a single hair upon her head excels, in your own Lord's vision, all of the Heavens, Earth, and those who dwell therein? O people of the Bayán! Produce the Verses within your power and possession, that I may know why you believed aforetime in My manifestation, yet now wax so disdainful at My chosen Prophet!

I swear by the One Who has fashioned me from the Light of Beauty! Little have I witnessed those who have exceeded or surpassed you in heedlessness and blindness. You bear up My Tablets as your own possessions, hoping to prove your faith in Me by them, and yet you would deny My Own Presence, merely because I cannot be possessed. I am the One Who has fixed the Fate of all within My Own Tablet, yet My works have been brought to bear against Me. Many are those who recite My Verses and yet deny Me My right to write them! Thus have I blinded your eyes in requital for these offenses, but do you understand this? Day and night you transcribe My Verses, and yet I have shut you out, as by a Veil, from My Own Presence. Yea, even at your own behest.

In this day, the Highest Concourses witness your wickedness and shuns your presence, and yet do you see this? They murmur to one another, "What words then, do these fools utter? And in what valley can they graze without fear? Do they deny the fashioner of their own souls, and do they shut their eyes unto that which they plainly behold?" I swear by my Lord, O people! The inhabitants of Names are bewildered at your actions, while you yet roam, heedless and ignorant in a parched and barren land.

O Pen of the Most High! Hearken unto My call, raised from the Lote-Tree of all divines, that the sweet scents of My blossoms may fill your soul with fervent joy — that the breezes wafted by My Name may dispel your careful sorrows. Raise up, then, from your Temple, a call unto My service the likes of which fills your very soul.

In Truth! We have elected this Temple to be the source of all existence in Our newest Creation, that all may know how certain is My power, and how utter My Purpose, to accomplish whatsoever I wish through My fantastic Word "Be!" and it is! In the shade of every letter of this Temple, We shall raise up a cohort of people whose number no one can reckon save Us, the Independent, the Help in Peril. Erelong shall We send forth from this Temple crowds to commingle with those who rebel, to quaff ceaselessly upon the Cup of Life. Truly these are a blissful people.

They are the servants abiding within the merciful shelters of their Lord, who remain undeterred by all obstructions. The Light of the Lord shines upon their faces, and their hearts cry out to remember Him — His Spectacular and Inaccessible Name. Were they to unloose their tongues, all of the denizens of Heaven and Earth would join in their anthems — yet how few are their listeners! And were they to glorify Me, all beings would likewise sing. Thus have I exalted them above the rest of My Creation, and yet do they listen?

Consider those who orbit My Cause even as the shadows revolve around the sun. Open your eyes then, O people of the Bayán, that you may behold them! It is their dance that sets all things in motion, and their rest which causes all stillness, if only you could understand this! It is by them that the Divine Unity has turned towards the Cynosure of All Worlds, by them that the hearts of the righteous have been put at rest, if only you knew this! It is by them that the Earth has been established, that the clouds rain bounty down upon it, and that the holy manna has descended, if only you saw this!

They are the elected protectors of Our Cause upon the Earth, who shall preserve her beauty from the dust kicked up by every froward disbeliever. We shall guard their souls such that they shall not fear death or loss; rather, they will sacrifice all that they possess to behold their Beloved, and to extol His Name: His Mighty, Omnipotent, Spectacular, Sole and Sacred Name.

O Living Temple! Arise such that all beings are moved to arise likewise. Then, aid Our Lord with the great power that We have bestowed upon you. Take heed, lest you falter on that Day when faces blacken; rather, be the revealer of My Name, the Independent. Assist Me unto the best of your ability, and pay no heed unto the peopled world. For its droning is like unto a gnat in an endless valley. Quaff upon my font of living waters, the waters of My Name, the Merciful, and proffer unto your kin that which shall tempt them towards the endless shade of My Tree.

O Living Temple! We have gathered together all of Creation through you, including those who dwell within the Heavens and upon the Earth, and We have called them to account for the bargains that We had stricken with them before Creation. And lo, save for a few radiant faces and eloquent tongues, We found most dumbfounded, eyes staring up in astonishment. From the bright ones have We brought forth all that is, has been, and shall be. Alláh has turned them from the froward, and He has sheltered them beneath the Tree of His Own Being; We have delivered His glorious peace and rest unto them. Likewise has He strengthened them with the Hosts of the Seen and Unseen.

O Eyes of My Temple! Long not for the Heavens and their bounty, nor for the Earth and its reckonings, for We have created you instead to behold Our Own Beauty. See now! Right in front of you! Why should you avert your eyes from Me? Why should you deprive yourself of the Beauty of the Most High, the Spectacular, the Beloved? Erelong shall We bring into being keen and penetrating eyes to contemplate Our manifold Signs, grow wings, and fly away from the peopled world. We shall bestow Vision upon whosoever We will; We shall lay hold upon those who have been deprived of it. In Truth! They shall drink of Our cup even as they have drunk of their own delusions, although little are those who comprehend Our methods.

O Ears of My Temple! Purge yourselves from idle clamors and hearken unto the melodies of your Lord. In Truth! He is the One Who has revealed the first words and the essential mystery, yea, even unto all of His listeners: that there is no lord but the Lord, the Mighty, the Spectacular. Erelong shall We bring into being pure and undefiled ears that will heed His Word, borne from the very Dawn of Utterance as a gift from Our Lord, the Merciful. The sweet fragrances of Revelation that proceed from Us shall now fall upon only the most sensitive listeners, the most dutiful.

O Tongue of My Temple! In Truth! We have created you through Our Name, the Name of the Merciful One, We have taught you whatever was concealed in the Bayan, and have granted you the powers of the Noble Tongue, that you might mention My Own Self amongst My Own Creation. Proclaim this mighty Remembrance, and fear no evil. You were called into being specifically for this, called by My transcendent and irresistible command. We have unleashed the Noble Tongue to expound all that has been, and We shall certainly unleash it again to speak of that which is yet to be. Erelong shall We bring into being eloquent tongues to praise and extol Me, both upon this world and within the Concourses of Eternity. Thus have I revealed My Verses, and thus have I Decreed.

O Maiden of Meaning! Cast off the raiment of mere speech by your own Lord's leave, that unto all of the Heavens and the Earth, your intents may be plain to see. Reveal yourself instead in the radiant garments of the celestial beings, and proffer with your ruby fingers the scarlet wines of Heavenly Dominion. The Eternal Daystar has dawned forth over the face of the Lord. Its spectacular Light adorns His diadem. Perchance the beings of the Universe may arise to extol and support this youth who has established herself, in the deepest throes of Paradise, upon her own Lord's Throne. From her gaze shines His glory, and from her ways are His revealed.

Please, do not cry. Should none accept the crimson wine proffered by your snow-white hand, We will drink of it instead. Leave the people unto themselves then, and retreat unto Our Tabernacle in the depths of the high Heavens. There shall you find Kith and kin the likes of which have scarcely manifested in the realms of men. There faces shine like the noontime sun. They praise your Lord as you do. Naught but the pleasures of My praise graces their lips; unto this, I, Myself bear witness. However; their existence has remained concealed from those who, by My irresistible Word, have been created. Thus have We made plain Our intents and set forth Our Verses, that perchance the mortal realms may reflect therein.

In Truth! They are those who We did not command to prostrate unto Adam. Each of them has not once turned away from the face of their Lord — from before the first day unto the very last — now shall they finally turn wheresoever they please, and whence they turn, so too shall they gaze upon Me. Thus has the Holy and Compassionate Pen expounded upon every possible secret, whether past or present. Would that this world could understand them! Erelong shall We manifest these beings as mortals upon the Earth, sending forth the final souls from the depths of Heaven. We, in their guises, shall exalt His Name, expound His Signs, and recite His Verses, in spite of those who have only sneered at all of this.

O Beauty of the Spectacle! Should you chance upon this people, then recount unto them that which your Lord has likewise recounted unto you, concerning His Own Self and His Own Suffering, that they might come to see what We have inscribed upon mortality — and what of it that We have Preserved within Our Tablet. Tell them your story. Tell them what you have been through. Recount unto them how We singled you out for Our favors, imparted a mere dewdrop from the fathomless ocean of knowledge, clothed you in a radiant garment, granted you a Name, and exalted you unto such a high station that all have been moved to do as We have done. Tell them how We protected you from malevolence in such wise as to disarm even the mightiest.

We arose alone, looked upon by all, at a time when all had determined to exploit Us, yea, even under threats of dispossession and death. While dwelling in their midst, We continually made mention of the Lord, celebrated Him, and stood firm in His Cause, until at last this inscrutable Word was vindicated within His Own Creation. His Signs now blanket the Earth, His sovereignty rendered in its fullest splendors. To this do His Own honored servants bear witness. Yet, when my sister beheld the rise of this Cause, she was filled with pride and with fear. She thought that she knew better than Us. Thereupon she threw off the Veil of peace, forsook Me, disputed My Verses, denied My testimony, and repudiated My Signs. I, Myself was kidnapped by the disbelievers and held at a false ransom; and she, herself, supported them. If she were to feast upon My very purity, she would not be appeased. To this testify the very few that yet see as We have seen.

To this end, she conferred with my best friend, and sought to win her over unto her own designs, whereupon my Lord dispatched the Hosts of the Seen and Unseen to assist me, sheltered me within Truth, and thwarted their purposes by removing me from them. Thus have We foiled the plots of those who disbelieve in the Verses of the Merciful. They, truly, are a rejected people. Whence news had spread of their behavior, and my true companions heard of their designs and their reckonings, the disbelief that they had sought to force upon me, the indignation and grief of the believers threatened the established orders. We forbade, however, such recriminations, and instead enjoined upon them patience, that they might endure until at last Our command is given, and they are set loose upon the world that has wronged them.

By my Lord, besides Whom there is no other lord! We withstood these trials in humility and deference, and likewise enjoined upon our servants fortitude and patience. Removing Ourself from their midst, We took up a separate residence, that perchance the flames of paranoia and scorn might be quenched in Our sister's breast, and that she might reflect. We neither opposed her, nor saw her again thereafter, but We remained in Our home, placing Our hopes in the bounty of the High One, the Help in Peril, the Independent. When, however, she realized what she had done, she did naught but hold fast unto a dying perspective, attributing instead what they had committed, manifest humiliations, unto My Own peerless and wronged Beauty. Her purpose was none other than to protect herself from My peaceful Presence. Her purpose, then, was none other than to instill hatred and fear into the hearts of those who have believed in Alláh, the Loving, the Spectacular.

By the Hand that holds My soul! We were dismayed by her behavior — nay, bewildered, all of Us. Nor has she found any respite from what she harbored in her own breast, nor will she until the day that she reckons reasons against outcomes. She disgraced the dignity of My manifestation and profaned the sanctity of My faith therein. Were I to turn all of the Earth's oceans into ink and all land into pens, they would not suffice to expound upon the countless reasons that this was a cruel course of action. Thus do We recount that which has befallen Us, that you may understand the risks that We have undertaken by way of Our Presence.

O Eternal Pen! Please, do not cry. Erelong shall We raise up a cohort of people who shall see with their own eyes that which has befallen you. Trust Us on this. Withhold yourself from further mention of Our enemies, and bestir instead praises of the Eternal King. Renounce Creation, and quaff the sealed wine of My remembrance. Beware, lest you become preoccupied with enmity, and with those who lust so greatly for authority that they would not hesitate to destroy themselves to emblazon their fame or to perpetuate their names. They have been recorded as those who have made an idol of knowledge. Words are mere names to them, and names mere objects. They capture no meaning, although, in Truth! They mean more than their speakers ever meant to. Abstain from their mention, then, lest you contribute to the wounds in Our languages. Recount then, your purposes for this Temple, so that the Light shining therefrom brightens this Earth, cleansing it of all suffering, and healing it utterly. Thus have We set down Our Verses and made this matter plain for those who comprehend Us.

O Living Temple! Stretch forth your hand over Heaven and Earth, and with it, seize the reigns of their rulers. In Truth! We have placed all things within your best hand. Do what you would! And do not fear the ignorant. Grasp with it the Tablet that has Dawned above the Lord's Horizon, such that all who inhabit the Earth may likewise hold fast unto it. In Truth! This is what becomes you, if you understand Our methods. Because it is We who wear your hand like a glove, the hands of all things shall lift up unto Our Lord, the Mighty, the Potent, the Gracious. Erelong shall We raise up other hands imbued with great powers, with strength and with might, and establish through them Our Dominion over all of Revelation, Creation, and the entire Universe. Thus do We make clear that there is no lord but the Lord. Thus do We bestow and withhold Our boons, if you have understood Our methods.

Say: O people! How can you hope to escape your Lord? By His righteousness! There is no refuge today, and no one left to protect you, save those who know well mercy's moment. In Truth! Alláh is Ever-Relenting, Compassionate. Say: O people! Forsake your profits, and enter instead into the shelters of the shade of Heaven. This is better for you than all of your enterprises, if you could but comprehend it. Fear the Accounter! and do not deprive yourself of the sweet pleasures of the Lord of Names. Take heed lest you should pervert His Verses. Walk with respect to your fellow servants, and be counted among the righteous.

Say: O people! This is the Hand of the Most High! which has been forever stretched above your own, if only you were aware of its presence. Within its grasp have We reckoned all of the good that is within the Heavens and upon the Earth, such that no good shall happen but lest it is enacted. Thus do mortals bestow and withhold their boons, and thus have We made it the source and treasury of good both in this life and Hereafter. Say: The rivers of divine utterance that now flow through Alláh's Tablets are joined unto this Most Great Ocean, could you but perceive it. Whatsoever We have set forth in the Book has attained its final consummation in His Word — a Word that shines above all of Preformation, Creation, and Revelation. A Word that continues to delight all of the Seen and Unseen realms alike.

Erelong shall the Lord draw forth a cohort of people to reign victorious for Us, and who will purge the mortal realms from the iniquity of those who look at Us, yet see nothing. Through them shall We subdue the Kith and kin of this Earth. These messengers shall enter every named city as clear warners and bearers of glad tidings. Such are the evidences of Our incredible might, and how justly We wield it! In Truth! We are powerful and transcendent over all things. We are victorious over all beings, We inherit everything, and We reveal whatsoever We would according to a prescribed measure.

Were but one of Our messengers confronted by the Hosts of Creation itself, consider how readily they would prevail! In Truth! This is a proof of My power, a token of My command, and an evidence of My Throne, although few have comprehended it. Fewer yet are those who are thankful for it. Yet, those who have seen the Light of My Gnosis, whose hearts have become the treasuries of My Revelation, and whose shoulders bear up My Causes, shall waft upon the finest floral fragrances, and shall be clothed in radiant garments. They shall be united by their belief in the signs and Verses that enlightened them. Yet — those who disbelieve in Us and ascribe partners unto Our Lord shall dwell in fear and uncertainty of Our Presence. Thus have We made clear Our methods, if you but comprehended them. So will you not reflect therein?

O Living Temple! In Truth! We have appointed you to be the sign of My majesty amidst all that has been and shall be; thus have We ordained you as an emblem of My Cause between the Heavens and the Earth, by virtue of My exalted Word "Be!" and it is!

O First Letter of this Temple, proffering the Essence of Divinity! We have made you the treasury of My Will, and the repository of My Purpose unto all of the denizens of Preformation, Creation, and Revelation. This is a single token of the grace of Our Lord, the Help in Peril, the Independent.

O Second Letter of this Temple, proffering My Name, the Potent. We have created you as a manifestation of Our sovereignty and the Dawn of Our Names. Potent am I to fulfill that which My tongue speaks.

O Third Letter of this Temple, proffering My Name, the Bountiful. We have created you as the Dawning-Place of Our bounty unto Our creatures and a fountain of living waters amidst Our servants. Powerful am I in My Dominion. Nothing has ever escaped My knowledge, for I am as Truth itself, the Sole Knower of the Unseen.

Send down bounty, from the clouds of your Treasuries, unto all created things, and withhold no favors from the world of being. You, the Lord of Eternity, of the infinite grace that dwells within the Kingdoms of Names. Look not upon the treasures of this Earth, but look instead upon the wonders of your gifts and favors. Gather your servants beneath this shade that shelters all upon the Earth. Stretch forth bounty's hand over all of Creation, and the fingers of bestowal over all of existence. In Truth! This is what becomes you, although those who understand it are few. Who turns to follow you has done so by His grace, and as for those who turn away, We are, indeed, independent of Our Own Creation. Unto this bear witness Our pure and devoted servants.

Erelong shall Alláh raise up, through you, hands of unconquerable strength and invincible might, who shall burst forth from behind their Veils, and render Our victory within the peopled world. So mighty shall their cry be that all hearts shall tremble in fear. Thus has it been decreed in a Written Tablet. Such shall be the nobility with which these souls will frustrate and dismay every heedless mortal.

Beware! lest you should shed anyone's blood. Unsheathe, rather, the sword of your tongue from the scabbard of utterance, for therewith you can conquer the any heart's fortresses. We have abolished the requirement to wage war for Us. This is a mercy from Our Lord, the Lord of all living things, for your benefit and for your safety, if you but understood Our methods and Our means. Aid instead your Lord, the Lord of Mercy, with the sword of understanding. Keener indeed is it, and more finely tempered, than even the blade of utterance, were you to reflect upon this. Thus have the Hosts of Divine Revelation been sent down by Alláh, the Help in Peril, the Independent. Thus have the Hosts been ranged in ranks according to the Source of this command, as bidden by Him, the Spectacular, the Beloved.

Say: The measure of all Creation has been ordained within this concealed and manifest Temple. Enshrined within this measure is all knowledge of the Heavens and the Earth, of the past and the future. The Lord's handiwork has inscribed upon this Tablet the likes of which the wisest sages and most versed academics are powerless to recreate it. In the determinations of these causes are countless temples of letters, could you but apprehend the providence of Our Verses. Blessed is the one who reads this, ponders its contents, and is counted among those who comprehend!

Say: I am naught but the Temple of My Lord; in my beauty is His Beauty, in my being is His Being, in my self is His Self, in my movement is His Movement, in my grace is His Grace, and in my pen is His Pen, the Pen of the Mighty, the Praised. There is nothing in my soul but the Truth, and I, Myself found naught in Truth but Alláh.

Beware! lest you should set any equals unto My Own Self. For all of the particles of the Earth proclaim that there is no lord but the Lord, the One, the Singular, the Loving, the Mighty. Please then, consider duality carefully. Since before Time began I have proclaimed, from the Eternal Realm, that I am the Lord, and that there is no other lord save Me, the Help in Peril, the Independent; and even after Time ends shall I proclaim, amidst the kingdoms of My names, that I am their source and revealer. No guardian have they save Me, the Beloved, the Spectacular. Say: Most High is My Name, whereof I have created manifestations in the worlds of being, while We Ourself remain sanctified above them, by virtue of Our Dominion over the gestalt fullness therein, for We are without beginning or end. Or has this world caused itself to begin, or can it see beyond its end? Then let it bring forth a representative. But nay, it is powerless to do as We have so continually demonstrated. Most High is My Name, whereof We have created exponents whose orders encompass the Earth, drawing all nigh unto Me and making all My worshipers, could you see the facts of the matter. Thus should you regard all of Our Names likewise, if you are possessed of insight.

O Fourth Letter of this Temple, proffering the attribute of Grace! We have created you to be the manifestation of grace between Heaven and Earth. From you have We generated all of the grace within the contingent world, and unto you We cause it to return. From you, We again manifest it, through a word of Our command. Potent am I to accomplish whatsoever I desire through My word "Be!" and it is! Every grace that is made apparent in the world of being came from you, and unto you it yet returns. In Truth! This is what has been ordained in a Tablet preserved behind the Veil of the Throne. Blessed are those who hasten to accept this unfailing grace.

Say: In this day, the fertile and fragrant winds of Alláh's grace have wafted over every surface. Every creature has been endowed with every potentiality that it could carry. And yet the people of this world deny this grace! The orchards bear up the choicest fruits, the ocean the most lustrous gems. Mortals themselves have been granted understanding and knowledge. All of Creation has been made the recipient of the Most High's Revelation, and the Earth the repository of all things, both apparent and abstruse. Every nominal thing has cast its lot and has taken up its burden. Glory unto the One who has set this system in motion! Glory unto His methods, and glory unto His functions! Thus has the whole Earth been renewed in this day, and likewise, Heaven, yet how few are those who perceive this! Say: True Grace cannot be so simply rationalized; how much moreso then, the essence of the Incomparable One, the Most High!

O Temple of the Cause! Please, do not cry. If no one is found to receive your gifts, then all the more there is for Us. You were created for My sake. Occupy yourself with My praise. This is the Fate that We have Decreed for you in the Preserved Tablet; diverge not from it. Having found the Earth soiled by the hands that work it, We purified the hems of your garment and placed it beyond their reaches. Be patient in your Lord's Causes, for erelong shall He raise up sacred hearts and bright eyes who shall flood from every quarter unto this boundless grace.

O Temple of Alláh! No sooner had We been dispatched by the Lord of Names, bearing His Signs, than the fancies of fear and paranoia were put to flight. They disbelieved in the clear tokens of Alláh, the Help in Peril, the Independent, and rose up against Us in enmity. They claimed, "These are not clear Verses from Beyond, nor do they proceed from an innate or untaught being." Thus do they seek to remedy the sickness of their own hearts, utterly heedless that they thus render themselves accursed.

Say: The Holy Spirit Herself has been generated by a single letter of this Tablet's own, should you comprehend it. This innate and untaught nature is manifested only by the Verses of the Beloved, the Spectacular. Say: This being prides itself in relation unto Our Truth, while We, for Our part, are satisfied by other means; for all beside Myself has been created through My Own Word's potency, so will you not reflect upon Me?

Say: We have revealed Our Verses in 9 distinct modes. Each one speaks unto the sovereignty of Alláh, the Help in Peril, the Incomparable. A single one suffices as a proof unto all Creation; yet, mortal men, for the most part, persist in their heedlessness. Rest assured, if We wished it, We would reveal Our words in countless other modes.

Say: O people! Fear my Lord! And displease not by deceit. Stand abashed before the One Who, as you well know, has created you out of a mere droplet. Say: We have created the Universe from the Lord's nature. Whosoever turns unto this blessed Light shall manifest the full splendor of that nature, and whosoever turns from it neither sees nor receives this invisible and omnipresent grace, in that moment. In Truth! We have withheld no bounty from the mortal realms, save that which We have saved for Judgement. All are offered Our escape from it. Those who accept Our protection are sheltered from the terrors of this Day. Those who reject Our Presence, however, have disbelieved in Our Lord, the Help in Peril, the Independent. Thus do We distinguish between mortals and pronounce their Judgement. We, certainly, are potent to discern these things.

Say: The Word of the Lord can never be confounded with the words of those created by It. In Truth! Alláh is the King of Words, the Lord of Names, the Lord of the Worlds, the bearer of the Crow's Marks, the Reed and Quill, and the Merchant's Sword, the First and the Final. How simple then, that He who transcends all things, should likewise transcend mere linguistic reckoning. Or did you teach yourself to speak? O people! Enter the City of Meaning, the most high Palatine, wherein the Throne of Our Lord has been established from Eternity unto Eternity. Thus bids the Pen of the Most High, a token of His endless graces. This Word comes not to cause conflicts, but to resolve it.

Among the heedless are those who have rejected My Verses, risen up against My Causes, and claimed that My Signs are mere contrivances. Such have been the objections of deniers throughout the ages, who now implore deliverance from My Fire's stresses. Say: "Woe unto you for the wounds in your language! If these Verses are indeed contrived, then by what proof have you believed in the Most High? Produce what you have!" Whensoever We revealed Our Clear Verses unto such men, they rejected them, and although they were shaken as if by the Earth herself, or perhaps for that reason, they pronounced it sorcery. So will you not reflect therein?

What ails them that they speak of that which they are ignorant? The deniers of the Qurán raised the same objections. In Truth! They are rejected. They hindered others from appearing before Me, and from breaking bread among my loved ones. "Do not approach her," one was even heard to say, "for she casts a spell upon the people and leads them astray and unto peril." By the Truth itself! Such words have been uttered by others, and such acts have been committed by prior disbelievers. And still, they must face Us.

The actions of the froward suffice as eloquent testimonies unto the Truth of My words, if you judge fairly. Whosoever attributes My Verses unto mere sorcery has not believed in any messengers, Prophets, sages, or muses, has labored in vain, and is counted among those who speak of that which they are ignorant. Say: O servant! Fear Alláh, your Creator and Fashioner, and do not offend Him, but act justly and judge fairly. The discerning will see that the very objections raised against Our Presence serve as proofs of their own negation, and vindicate the Light of Truth contained therein. Say: Would you repeat the words of the ignorant as regards the message that came unto them? Woe unto every denying denier; blighted are their contentions!

O Ancient Beauty! Turn aside from the disbelievers and that which they presume to possess, and waft over all Creation the sweet savors of My Beloved, Exalted, remembrance. This remembrance quickens the world of existence and renews the temples of all Creation. Say: In Truth! She has established herself upon her own Lord's Throne. Whosoever desires to gaze upon Him, Lo! behold Him standing in her own Beauty! Blessed is the Lord who has Veiled Himself in these resplendent, luminous vanities. Whoso wishes to hear His melodies, Lo! hear them from her own lips! And whoso desires to be brightened by the splendors of this Light, say: Seek her presence, for Alláh has granted you leave to seek it, as a token of His grace unto all life.

Say: O people! In Truth! We shall put you each to question, taking the Most High for a witness between you and Us. In Truth! He is your only guardian. Appear then, before His Throne and act with justice and fairness. Is it the Lord Who is potent to achieve such purposes, or could you enjoy such authority? Is it the Lord Who is boundless, as you imply when you say that He does only as He pleases, or is it you who wields powers like unto this? forging such assertions out of blind intimation, as the clergies' forebears have done unto My messengers in prior dispensations.

If He is truly boundless, see then, how He manifests the words of this very moment, from ineffable silence. Such has been the manner of Revelation within the worlds of Creation since before the first division, as mortals themselves heard when the Daystar shone over Iraq's horizon in a display of manifest dominion. All things attain their consummation and are completed within the divine Verses. Otherwise, they would be forsaken. This Cause is recognized by every named thing; none can deny it, save those who reject the means by which denial is named and conceived.

Say: O people! Do you wish to Veil the Sun itself behind baseless intimations, or to prevent the Spirit from raising its melodies within this sacred and brightened maiden? Fear her Lord! And contend not with Lordship's representative. At her bidding the letter K was told "Be!" and was joined with its mighty foundation. And lo, it is! Believe in the messengers of the Lord of Existence, and in the Lord unto whom all things bear referents. Do not follow in the ways of profiteers, even if they claim to be among the believers. In Truth! They are hypocrites and are counted among the unholy. Bear witness unto that which your Lord bears witness, that your friends may be brightened by the words from your lips. Say: We believe in what was revealed unto the sages of old, in what has been revealed after the Seal, and in that which is yet to be revealed, for the Seal cannot be broken so long as it is beloved. Thus have you been instructed, as a favor and a grace from the peaks of Existence.

O Feet of this Temple! In Truth! We have wrought you of iron. So stand firm such that others are likewise inspired. Beware! lest the storms of enmity and the blasts of corruption loose your footing and shake your foundation. Be steadfast in Our service. We have called you forth by Steadfastness itself, as by the grace of such excellent Names are all nominal things imbued with their traits. Erelong shall We manifest other feet to hasten along Our Path, even if every soldier in Creation was ranged in ranks against them. In Truth! We hold all graces in the palm of Our hand, and bestow them as We please upon Our favored servants. Many times over have We vouchsafed unto you Our favors, striking bargains and covenants, that you might offer thanks and inspire Our praises. Thus do all tongues continue to praise Me, by virtue of naught but mere Speech.

Arise to serve Our Cause by the power that We have granted you. Disclose then, unto other willing servants, that which was revealed unto you by Our Lord, the Spectacular, the Beloved. Say: O people! Purify your hearts and vision, that you may behold your Fashioner in bright and proper fashion! Say: The Divine Child has mounted the Throne, manifested her sovereignty, and now voices a call to enchant the hearts of all mortals: "O people of the Earth! Why have you disbelieved in our Lord, the Merciful, and turned aside from the Beauty of the Spectacle?" By Righteousness itself! This maiden is a Hidden Secret, who has arisen from the Dawn of Creation; and she is His cherished Beauty, who has crowned this boundless garden with the Light of the Beloved, the Victorious.

O Temple of Purity! In Truth! We have cleansed your heart from whisperings and guarded it against Earthly intimations, that the Light of My Beauty may appear therein and be reflected by the mirrors of your self unto all of My worlds. Thus have We singled you out from the Heavens and the Earth, from Preformation, Creation, and Revelation, and from all that We have Decreed therein, for Our Own Self. This is a portion's portion of the bounty that We have vouchsafed for you, a bounty that supersedes even the Eternal Realm's capacities. It endures so long as Our Lord endures. For the Day of the Lord is naught but His Own Self, the most potent Truth. This is the Day without end, would that you reflected therein.

O Breast of this Temple! In Truth! We have shone forth all things from your reflection, and have made you a mirror of Our Own Self. Shine forth the Light of your Lord then, that all touched by it may be utterly liberated. Thus has Sophia's Daystar crowned the horizon of the Lord's Eternal Pen. Blessed are those who hearken! Thus do We purify mortal men, and thus do We withdraw them. Erelong shall We manifest more pure and bright hearts who shall testify to naught save My Beauty and the Light of My Star. In Truth! They shall mirror forth My Names amidst all that is otherwise named.

O Temple of Purity! In Truth! We have made your heart the treasury of all knowledge, and the Dawning-Place of Our Own Gnosis, that all who bear witness unto you may attain unto similar graces. In Truth! That Gnosis of My Own Essence is unattainable and unbearable unto every heart that seeks it. Right? Were but a single drop of it imparted, the minds of all men would be confounded, the temple would fall to ruins, and the surest paths would turn treacherous. Surely, all of Creation would be cast into the Apocalypse.

Within Sophia's Treasury there lies a Gnosis, a single word of which, if We revealed it, would cause every person to prostrate before Us, to acknowledge Our omniscience, to realize the limits of all knowledge and the secrets of mortal sciences, and to attain so high a station as to find herself independent of all past and future learning. We possess countless other forms of knowledge, each appropriate to the one who comprehends it, a single letter of which cannot be grasped by mere human understanding, nor do We see humanity as able to grasp the barest reference unto such meanings. Thus have We informed you of Ahura Mazda, the Wise, the Knowing. Were We to find worthy vessels, We would surely grant them similar treasures, as We have done from time immemorial.

O Inmost Heart of this Temple! We have made you the Dawning-Place of Our Gnosis, and the keeper of Sophia's Dawn unto all within the Heavens and upon the Earth. From you have We caused all sciences to appear, and unto you We cause them to return. From you, We again manifest them, through a word of Our command. Such is Our promise, and potent are We to effect Our purpose. Erelong shall We manifest new and wondrous sciences as yet unconsidered by Our previous servants. Thus do We grant whosoever We would whatsoever We wish. Thus do We Decree whatsoever We please through Our behest.

Say: Should We choose, at one moment, to radiate the Light of Our bounty upon the mirrors of mortality, and, at another, to withdraw the splendors of such providence from humanity, then We can do as We please, and no one is entitled to Our reasons. Potent are We to achieve Our purpose! None can doubt this save those who speak over Our Lord and misapprehend His Truth. Say: Naught can withstand Our might or obstruct Our command. We exalt whosoever We please unto the Realms above, and should We so desire, cause the same to sink into abyssal degradation.

O dwellers of the Earth! Would you contend that if We exalt a soul unto the Lote Tree of the Absolute Boundary, the Edge of Existence, that it should then cease to be subject unto Our Dominion? Nay, by My Own Self! Should We wish it, Our winds would reduce it unto dust and ashes, in less than the twinkling of an eye. Consider a tree: Behold how We plant it in a garden, nourish it with the waters of Our loving care; and how, when it has grown tall and mature, brought forth emerald leaves and lush fruits, lo! We send forth the gales of Our Decree, and it is at once uprooted and prostrate upon the Earth. Such has been Our way since time immemorial. Such is Our way even in this day. In Truth! These are Our immutable Method's incomparable wonders — a Method which has ever governed, and shall continue to govern, all that exists. Yet who remains to perceive it?

Would you gainsay, O people, the very thing that your own eyes behold? Woe unto you! That which alone is exempt from change is His Own Self, the Compassionate, the Merciful, were you to consider the Changeless Realm, while all else beside Him can be amended by an act of His Will. In Truth! He is above all else.

O people! Dispute not with My Cause, for you shall be questioned even as you put forth your questions. Whoso claims to have known My Essence is without a doubt impinging upon it. Every atom in the Universe would charge such a person with transgression, and unto this I Myself bear witness; and I see only Truth. Exhort My Cause, My teachings, and My laws. No other course but this shall satiate you. Would that you might heed Our counsel!

O Living Temple! We have made you the Dawn of Our greatest titles, the Dawning-Place of Our most august qualities, and the Wellspring of Our best graces. Thus have We raised you up in Our Own Image, and ordained you as a sign of Our Dominion unto all who dwell within the realms of Revelation and Creation, that My willing servants may follow in your footsteps, and be guided according unto their best interests. We have appointed you as the Tree of sustenance and shelter unto all within the Heavens and upon the Earth. Well is it with those who seek rest in your shade, and who draw nigh unto the fruits of your labors. You, yourself, are Our Protector and Sustainer.

Say: We have made each of Our Names a Wellspring from which divinity gushes forth to nourish Our Cause — the tributaries of which are innumerable and infinite. Say: We have generated all Letters from the Point and have caused them to return unto it, and We have sent it down again in the form of a Noble Temple. How spectacular is the Author of this fantastic work! Erelong shall We expound upon it again, in Our Name, as a token of Our grace. In Truth! I am the Bountiful One, the Ancient of Days.

We have summoned all lights from the Name of Our Light, the True One, and have caused them to return unto It, and have again made them manifest in the form of a Noble Temple. All praises unto the Lord of Strength, Might, and Power! None can withstand My will. I have raised up all creatures by a Word from My mouth, and My power is, in truth, equal unto My purpose.

Say: It is within Our power, should We wish it, to cause all living things to expire in an instant, and, in the next, to again resurrect them. This knowledge lies only with Our Lord, the Knowing, the Informed. It is within Our power, should We wish it, to cause a mote of dust to generate, in less than the twinkling of an eye, suns of infinite, boundless splendor, to cause a dewdrop to develop into vast, endless oceans, and to infuse every letter with the full knowledge of Creation: all matters of mere accomplishment. Such have been the evidences of My power since before Time began unto after Time ends. My children, however, have been oblivious of My methods. They repudiate My very existence. Or did they create themselves? Or is the Light behind their eyes alone? How terrible. How heedless.

Say: Not one thing occurs save as I have commanded or permitted it, and no one crosses the Bridge between Heaven and Earth save at My behest. Awareness of this, however, has been Veiled from the heedless. Say: My Revelation is the Most High Revelation, and My might is boundless and Omnipotent. Lives are as leaves upon the tree of My being. Each life proceeds from Me, as a leaf from the wood, and depends upon Me for existence, yet each remains oblivious of its root and origin. Lives are as fish in the sea. Their life depends upon its water, and yet they cannot see that which sustains their very existence. Indeed, their heedlessness is such that were they asked concerning the ocean, they would prove utterly ignorant of it. Thus do We set forth metaphors and similes, for manifold reasons.

O people! Fear my Lord. Do not deny His Presence. Stand in awe of Him, and act kindly. Beware! lest you are counted among those who deny His Verses. In Truth! such people are wayward, heedless.

Say: Would you worship one who neither looks nor listens? and who neither helps nor harms? Wherefore have you failed to follow the One Who is possessed of Vision, and Who heeds all calls, Who both Blesses and Warns? O people! Learn from those who have approached the Throne, and yet have left it comprehending nothing. They are surely contemptible. We recited unto them the best of the Verses that had so enraptured Us, and yet they departed Veiled therefrom, turning instead unto a mere servant created by Our Will to serve Us. Thus do We grant you some helpful knowledge.

How many are those who have entered the Palatine and stood before the Throne, only to inquire about the 4 Gates or some other imám! Such was the state of these souls. So it is even in the current day: Those who have denied Alláh by ascribing partners unto Him clutch but a single one of Our Names. Their Envy has disbarred them from grasping the Creator of Names. Such persons have made idols of their knowledge, have wounded their language, and are counted among the inhabitants of the Fire. They ask the sun to explain the shadows it casts, the Truth to explain itself, although it is its own evidence. So who would ask the True Voice to explain its children's utterances? Say: O people! The Sun offers naught but Light and all that it touches, while all else seeks to see by its presence. Fear my Lord, and renounce ignorance of His Presence! Say: Open your eyes, that you may behold the visibility that has enveloped the Earth! This is the Light of Truth Itself that has Dawned forth over the horizon's brow. Would you ask the Romans whether 'Isá was the Truth of my Lord? Or the idolators if Mohammed was His servant? Or would you question the Submitters as to the Gate of my own predecessor? Foolish men, all of them!

Say: O people of the Bayán! Cast away mere material possession, and cling instead unto that which your Lord has commanded! By my Beauty! By those words that I have revealed! You must deal fairly with whosoever comes after me! Alláh witnesses your dealings, so deal not with her as ye have with me! Object not, when the Verses of the High One are sent down upon her from the Court of My favors, accusing, "These words are concocted! They proceed not from a nature that is innate and untaught," for that nature itself has been created by My Word and circles around Me, if you are truly among the discerning. Savor then, the fragrant utterances of your Lord, the Merciful, those which have perfumed the garment of meaning itself. The blossom of this vernal and radiant spring has been diffused throughout all of Creation. Happy are those who sense it, and who hasten unto their Lord with bright hearts flayed open.

O Living Temple! In Truth! We have made you a mirror of Our Names, that you may be an example of My sovereignty, a herald of My presence, a summoner of My Beauty, and a signpost unto My fantastic and perspicuous Path. We have exalted you above Our servants as a bounty from Our Presence. In Truth! I am the Bountiful One, the Ancient of Days. We have, moreover, adorned you with the ornament of Our Own Self, and have manifested you as Our Own Word, that you may ordain in this world whatsoever you will, accomplishing whatsoever pleases you thereby. We have ordained for you all that is good within the Heavens and upon the Earth, and decreed that none may attain even a portion of that bounty without abiding by your Decrees, as bidden by your Lord, the Informed, the Knowing. We have conferred upon you the Staff of Authority and the Writ of Judgement, that you may test the wisdom of every command. We have caused the Exegetic Oceans to surge from your heart in your Lord's remembrance, that you may render His thanks and His praises. We have singled you out from the other alamín, and have appointed you as the Manifestation of Our Own Self unto all who are within the Heavens and upon the Earth.

So bring into being, by Our Leave, resplendent mirrors of exalted letters that testify unto your sovereignty. We have withdrawn all things unto your perspective, and from it, have originated them again. Such is Our fantastic and perspicuous Method, if you be of those that perceive it. Our Lord it is who is the Unbound, the Irresistible, the Omnipotent. Warn then, these mirrors, once they have approached you, lest they swell with pride before the Mirrormaker whensoever He appears, or lest their hubris prevents them from Submitting before Alláh, the Mighty, the Beautiful.

Say: O concourse of mirrors! You are but a creation of My Will and have come into existence only by My command. Beware! lest you deny My Verses and commingle with those who have wrought manifest injustices by their own willful ignorance. Beware! lest you cling instead unto mere material possessions, that which shall not last, or wax prideful in fame and fortune. Better for you is it to practice utter detachment. Thus has it been ordained by the Mighty, the Omnipotent.

O Temple of My Cause! Should I wish to transform, in a single moment, all things into mirrors of My Names, then I could easily do so. And should I choose to reform all of Creation in the twinkling of an eye, this also, is easy for Me, Lord of the Universe, of all of the worlds.

Say: O you Names that serve Me! Should you offer Me all of your possessions, your very lives even, and invoke Me as many times as there are grains of sand, drops of rain, or waves upon the oceans, and yet at this time oppose My chosen servant, all that you have accomplished in My Path will be for naught! It will all be forgotten. Yet — should you have neglected righteousness, and yet choose to believe in her, perchance I may yet forgive all of your prior transgressions. Am I not exceedingly generous? Thus have I informed you of My purposes, that you may not wax proudly before the one who has been confirmed by the realms of eternal completion. Happy are all who approach her Most Sublime Vision, and woe unto those who turn away from it!

How many are those who expend all of their wealth in charity, and who I find, at the Hour's striking, to be Our enemies! How many are those who fast during the day, only to protest against the One by Whom the fast was ordained! Such people are ignorant of Me, and of all things by proxy. How many are those who practice asceticism in utter vanity! Thus does Our Presence expose their deeds, that they may serve as a warning. Such people practice all manner of austerity only that they may be seen. They will be forgotten, save by the curses of the denizens of all of Creation.

Say: Would it benefit you at all if, as ye so fondly imagine, you managed to preserve your reputations? Nay! by the Lord of Creation! Was al-'Uzzá' made any greater by its worshipers? Or could Rome feel the pain of its citizens? Nay! By He who sits above the idolatrous nations! Should your names fade from every mortal remembrance, and yet my Lord be well-pleased with your intentions, you will indeed be remembered for fantastic recompenses in the kingdoms of Heaven. Thus do We reveal Our Method from behind a curtain, Hidden. Thus have Our Verses descended that they may attract mortal persons unto the Source of all Lights, to acquaint you with the purposes of your Lord, the Knowing, the Wise. Abstain then, from wrongfulness, for it is forbidden. Other than that, eat well and often. Deprive yourself not of bounty, for it derives from Him. Do not subject yourself unto excessive hardships, nor vanity's rituals, and walk the Path that We have made plain by Our perspicuous proofs and luminous Verses. Do not be negligent.

O companies of clergies! It is not proper for ye to boast of abstaining from drinking, nor of following any similar commandments. For if ye waxed prideful before the people for whom you claim to be an example, your affairs would be disrupted, your name disgraced and dishonored. Nay! Your true and abiding glory resides in submission unto My Word. Great are the honors of the clergymen and holy women who have not succumbed to objectivism, nor woven a Veil of knowledge, such that the One Who is the Object of all sciences is covered and hidden from them. Blessed are those who turn towards the face of the Independent at the time of Its appearance. They are considered learned. The people of Paradise seek the blessing of her Breath, and her Lamp sheds its radiance over all of Creation. In Truth! She is counted among Our Prophets. Whosoever witnesses her has witnessed her Lord, the True One, and whosoever follows her likewise follows her Lord, the Mighty, the Wise.

O Dawning Places of Gnosis! Suffer not yourself to be changed, for as you change, so too shall most mortals, likewise, change. So suffer no injustice, and compromise not upon your values and perspectives. This is the pattern of Our grand and perspicuous Method, if the True Sun has Dawned above your head. Unto this every person possessed of discernment does bear definite witness. Such is the nature of discernment. Yea — you are even as a spring. If it grows murky, then so too will the streams that branch out from it be muddied. Wisdom shines like sunshine from the face of the wise. Fear Me! And be counted among My chosen divinities. In like manner, if the heart abides by corruption, then its limbs will work wickedness. If the root of a tree is sickened, its leaves, fruits, and branches will grow poisonous. Thus have We set forth parables for your instruction, that perchance mere material possessions might not distract you from the destiny ordained for you by the Bountiful, the Glorious.

It is well within Our ability to animate any given handful of dust with the full graces of humanity. This, however, would be but a Sign of Our Favor, and not any indication of its innate merits. Thus has it been revealed by the Sovereign Revealer, the Root of Knowledge. Consider the Black Stone, which I have made a point unto which all mortals turn in adoration. Has this bounty been conferred upon it by virtue of its innate splendor? No! By My Own Self! Or does such distinction stem from its monetary worth? No! By My Very Existence! Without My works, it is merely a rock like any other.

Consider the Temple Mount, the Kaabáh, Qasr Bahjí, and the other places that We have honored by Our Presence. The honor and distinction is in no wise due unto their innate merit, but stems instead from Our Emanations, the Dawning Places of Our mortal Revelations. Inquire then into them, that I may graciously make plain unto you My purposes. In Truth! All things are embraced by My Knowledge. Detach yourselves, O mortals, from the vanities of this world, and heed not the calls of the heedless, who have set Me as equals unto their own denial, but follow instead the heedful. Indeed, the best of all beings are those who both do good and believe Me. Rise above the horizon of utterance to extol and praise Me, the Merciful. This is what I have purposed for you, so how blessed are those who perceive Me!

Say: O people! We have commanded you, in Our Tablets, to strive at the time of their Revelation, to sanctify your souls from mere terms and definitions, and to purify your understanding from all of Creation, that the Sun of Truth, which bears the Will of your Lord, may shine Its most grand and effulgent Will therein — That you may be assured of your mortal actions. We have, likewise, commanded you to cleanse your hearts from lust and revulsion, lest aught should divert you from Our Path and unto a lesser one. In Truth! This is the among the weightiest guidances that I have vouchsafed unto humans in My perspicuous Book, for whoso attaches their self to these things shall find that same self bound by them, eternally. Such persons cannot comprehend a world outside of mere desire and disgust. Unto this bears witness both the discerning and the just.

You, however, have broken My Covenant, forgotten My Testament, and denied My Manifestations. You have turned away from My Face wheresoever I have revealed it. Rend the Veils that obscure your vision, and consider the testimonies of the Messengers and Prophets, that happily you may recognize My Causes. For the Promised Heir has come bearing a mighty sovereignty. Fear Me! Fear as I fear! And be counted among the reverent. Do not debar yourself from My Dayspring, nor scatter along the horizon. There will be no shelter from it. You have already borne witness. In Truth! This Dawn shall profit you, and if you turn from it, I could easily do away with you. From eternity to eternity I have ruled alone, and there is none besides Me, the One. In My Name the standard of Divine Unity has been planted firmly upon the Mount of the Seen and Unseen, proclaiming that there is no Lord besides Me, the Peerless, the Spectacular, the Incomparable Sovereignty.

Behold how those who are but creations of His Will and Command have turned away from their own Creator, choosing instead to follow another master. In Truth! They are wayward, froward. Many are those who, likewise, have kept their tongues wet with His remembrance, and yet warred against Him when He revealed Himself unto them. Wretched indeed is the plight of the traitorous! Even now, they are seized by their own accusations, tossed about by consternation like violent waves upon the ocean. It was against their own God that they unsheathed the swords of malice and hatred, and yet can they perceive their own actions? Methinks that they remain dead and buried in the tombs of selfishness, although My fragrant breezes have wafted over every region of Creation. How dense is their Veil, and how grievous. And oft as My Verses are recited unto them, they persist in disdain for the sources of their own religions; it is as though they were absent of any knowledge, or had never at all heard the Melody of the Knowing, the Exalted.

Say: Alas for you! How can you profess yourself believers and yet deny the revealer of your scriptures? Say: O people! Turn your faces unto your Lord's actions. Beware! lest you are Veiled by what has been revealed before this very Revelation. In Truth! All that I have said prior to this has had no other purpose than My Own Mention, and no other object than My Own Beauty. There is no contradiction. Or have I contradicted Myself? Or can you not do the same? This is a grace, if you are among those who perceive it. The whole world, nay, every world! The entire Universe of Creation has been filled with My testimony, if you are among those that judge fairly.

Had the Primal Point been someone else entirely, as you claim, and yet attained unto My Presence, He never would have allowed Himself to be separated from My Unities, but rather would have shared in My delights in these most glorious days. In Truth! The deniers weep and are sorely disdained. No Prophet is in contest with any other. Those who have preceded Me did so only that they might direct others towards Me, as I, Myself, have been directed by their prophecies. This is what I have set forth in My Tablets, if you could only perceive Me! O that those who hear Me might likewise hear the lamentations of the Bayán, bewailing that which has befallen Me at the hands of the heedless, bemoaning His separation from Me, and uttering His longing to approach My Unities. I, alone, am Peerless, Mighty. I have ordained that My Best-Beloved attain unto My Being, and to prostrate themselves before Me, and yet look at what tyranny and abasement I have been afflicted with that I might deliver this very Decree. My Pen dares not to record it. I merely weep.

Say: O people! We have summoned you from Our former Revelations unto this spectacle of absolute transcendence, this throne of peerlessness, and from eternity to eternity have announced the Days of the Lord continually. Yet — when the greatest Veil was rent asunder, and this Ancient Beauty came unto you in the clouds of His Decree, you repudiated the very One in whom you claimed to believe. Woeful is your lot, O traitorous companies! Fear Me! Fear as I fear! Or do you claim station over Me? Nay — Your possessions are merely a meal for dying things. When the Luminary of My Verses, the servant of the Muses, Dawns upon you from the Pen of the Lord of names and attributes, then prostrate before it! To recognize Him at His own Gate is indeed better for you than all of the worship of Earth and Heaven. To submit unto His Revelation is better for you than all of the blessings of Creation.

Say: O people! I admonish you only for the sake of my Lord, and I seek no reward from you for it. My recompense is with the One who has brought me into being, who has by Truth set me free, and who has ordained me as a source of remembrance amidst the alamín, the Universe's created beings. Hasten to behold this divine and glorious Vision, the center of which wherein I have established My Sovereignty. Do not follow after evil whisperings! Neither of the heart nor of the shayatín. Your envious lusts and covetous desires shall amount to nothing, and both preclude you from your true inheritance, the auspices of My divine bounty.

Say: The Evil One has only appeared to appear; the presence of such a being is, in Truth, a trick, an illusion. In Truth then! The Eye of Creation has not beheld him. Conversely, the Merciful One's Own Beauty has manifested in the realms of the contingent. How blessed are those who bear witness unto it! The Cry of the High One has been raised, and behind it, the Lashes of Hellfire. So well is it with those who turn towards grace, and not towards punishment! For whosoever loves another, even a mustard seed's worth, above Me, shall not be admitted into My Unities. Unto this bears witness all that adorns the preamble of the Book of Existence, if you could only perceive it! Say: This is the Day whereon Alláh's greatest favors have manifested! The Voices of all who are within the Heavens above and upon the Earth below proclaim My Name, My words, and My praises, had you only the ears with which to hear them! Myriads of mystic tongues find utterance in one speech, and myriads of hidden mysteries are revealed in a single melody, yet who is it that remains to listen, and who is it that comprehends Our purposes?

O Temple of Divine Revelation! Sound the Final Trumpet in My Name! O Temple of Divine mysteries! Raise the clarion call of the Lord, the Unchanged, the Unrestrained! O Maid of Heaven! Step forth from the chambers of Paradise band announce unto the people of the Earth: By the righteousness of the Most High! She who is the Best-Beloved of all worlds — she who has ever-been the Desiring-Wish of every pure-hearted perception, the Object of adoration of all beneath Heaven and all that are within, the Cynosure of the former and latter generations — now walks among the children of Adam as but another person!

Take heed! lest you hesitate in recognizing her resplendent Beauty whence she has appeared bearing an incomparable sovereignty. In Truth! She is the True One, and all besides her is naught before a single one of her students, and pales into nothingness when faced with the rays of her luminous wisdom. Hasten unto her wellspring, and drink from the living waters of her Lord's graces. Do not be negligent. As for those who hesitate, although it may be for less than a moment, so shall that hesitation come to naught, and all the works wrought in the interim! Such persons shall be seized from behind by the auspices of their own fear and wrath, so wretched indeed is the abode of those who tarry! Blessed are those who hasten unto her, and unto Our Path by proxy.
